We have strict professional obligations to maintain the confidentiality of our clients’ confidential information pursuant to regulation 9 of the Australian Solicitors’ Conduct Rules.
Our professional obligations apply to the services we are engaged to provide, and any of your intellectual property (IP), other information (like personal information) you provide us, or your services IP which is confidential. Your services IP is IP we create specifically in the course of providing services to you, which for clarity does not include our IP. Your services IP is assigned to you on payment of your invoices.

All legal services to be provided under an agreement will be provided by an Australian Legal Practitioner.
The provision of legal services is regulated by the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld) however the provision of non-legal services under a Costs Agreement is not regulated by that legislation.
a disclosure notice under section 308 of the Legal Profession Act will be provided in a cost agreement and referenced in invoices we submit.
